Warranty Policy

All products include a minimum 2-year local warranty against manufacturing defects. NexaTech-built gaming PCs include 3 years of parts and labour.

Accidental damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repairs and normal wear such as battery degradation are not covered.

Contact us with your order number and a short description of the issue. Most claims are approved within 24 hours.

We collect the product from your door, repair or replace it, and return it within 7–10 business days.

NexaCare extended warranty adds up to 3 extra years of cover and can be purchased within 30 days of your order.
