Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge until they are dispatched. Contact us with your order number and we will update it.
Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days, and same-day delivery is available in Dubai for orders placed before 12 PM.
Standard delivery is free on orders above USD 50. Below that, a flat USD 4 fee applies.
You can return most items within 14 days of delivery in their original condition. We arrange a free doorstep pickup and refund you within 5 business days.
